Kome Zuka is one of the craters that form the Aso caldera. Its name means 'Rice mound'. Location on Aso City, Kumamoto prefecture, you can visit this place travelling wiht Hôhi Main Line to Aso station.

Route 219, also known as Old Yokonari Pass, a road between south Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto prefecture, passing through Yunomae and ending in Tsuruse, Miyazaki prefecture. Yunomae Line runs parallel at this road, that has a mountainous drawn between Yunomae and Tsurusu.

Kumamoto castle, sited in the center of Kumamoto city, was built in year 1467 and controlled by clans until 1871. Some restorations were realized in 20th century and at the present year, because the Kumamoto earthquakes occured in April. Kumamoto tramway has a nearby station called Kumamotojo-Shiyakusho-Mae, lines A and B.

Citrus unshiu (specie) is an orange cultivated in southwest coast of Kyushu. Hisatsu Orange Railway owes its name to this fruit, also called tangerine, satsuma mandarin, Christmas orange, unshu mikan... Do not forget to taste it when you travelling with Hisatsu Orange trains.

Kaimon volcano is located in the southern part of Kyushu island, in Kagoshima prefecture, and can be viewed travelling with Ibusuki-Makurazaki line, principally between Yamakawa and Nishi-Ei stations.

Mount Aso is the largest volcano in Japan, and one of the most large in the world. Its peak is 1592 meters of height. Location in Kumamoto prefecture, accessible travelling with Hohi Main Line to Aso station.

Naka volcano in Aso caldera. It is a steaming crater located on the center of the caldera, approximately at 1300 meters away from Aso mount.

Steepy stone stairways (called Omotesando in Japanese) on Hikosan mount, Fukuoka prefecture, going up to Takazumi shrine. The shrine is a building constructed in 8th century AC, and actually its name is Hikosan Jingu. Visit it travelling with Hitahikosan Line.

Udo shrine (Udo Jingu in Japanese) located at Miyaura, Nichinan district, Miyazaki prefecture, into a cave. It is the place of born of Yamasachihiko, father of Emperor Jimmu, in mythology. Actually is a famous place for couples, who visit that shrine for having happy marriage and a good childbirth.
